A company auto automatic transmission valve plate project

A company has an annual output of 200,000 digital flexible lines of transmission valve plates, and the valve plates have many specifications. The truss robot is used to cooperate with the line side library (automatic palletizing machine) to realize the automatic processing of the whole line. The customer automatically input the whole palletizing parts into the palletizing machine through the AGV, and the palletizing machine automatically disconnects the whole pallet, and then realizes the separate grasping of the parts with the truss robot X axis. The production line is equipped with an information system, which can scan the code through the two-dimensional code scanning gun, identify the parts, and switch the corresponding procedures. When the single-layer stacking parts are processed, the subsequent parts can be automatically replaced to achieve flexible production.
